New patients can schedule an appointment for preventive, primary care, addictions, and mental health services.
Appointment Overview
Your first appointment is more comprehensive than a standard visit. We take time to understand:

Lifestyle factors - nutrition, sleep, stress, movement

Mental and emotional well-being

Substance use history, if relevant
Visit length: Typically 60–90 minutes
You’ll leave with:

Next steps - labs, follow-ups, referrals if needed
Insurance Coverage
Before you schedule, be sure to confirm that your health insurance plan lists a provider from Remedy as your primary care clinician. Here is the most current list of plans we can accept, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to ensure your visit will be covered.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans. If you do not have health coverage, you will pre-pay for your visit with a credit card over the phone.
