Telemedicine Visit

See a provider for routine or urgent care needs from the comfort of your home through telemedicine. You will need a smart phone, tablet or a computer with a camera and a microphone.

Telemedicine at Remedy is available to new and existing patients.

Remedy uses a HIPAA-compliant method for telemedicine visits. Your personal information is securely transmitted and is kept private, as it is when you visit a clinician in-person.

We offer after-hours telemedicine for adolescents and adults, 13 years and older, available Monday - Saturday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please call 210-874-1800 to request an appointment.

You will need to sign into your patient account for your visit. If you do not have an account, our staff will help you create one when you call to schedule your appointment. Click here to view our accepted insurances. Cost for those without health care coverage is $100.

Important note: Our telemedicine services do not allow for prescribing controlled substances. If a prescription fill is needed, your provider will review your plan and recommend an in-person visit, when appropriate.
